The Olsen Twins Launch Fashion Jewelry Line
August 13, 2008
Gold
snake rings and pointy dagger necklaces are just two of the sinister styles
available in the
Olsen twin's
first jewelry collection for their contemporary apparel brand, Elizabeth and
James. The fashion moppets partnered with renown jewelry artist,
Robert
Lee Morris, whose signature "jewelry as sculpture" aesthetic is notable
throughout.
Eight styles are currently available for pre-order through favorite fashion haunt, Intermix, and the complete 80+ piece line will debut sometime in September. Prices range from $125 - $525 - a bit steep for a teenager on a budget. But the baubles are admittedly striking and could be a perfect statement piece for the new school year. Their wide, sculpted silver cuff has the potential to become the season's must-have. Save your pennies, kids.
Now that Mary Kate is officially off the hook for the investigation surrounding Heath Ledger's death, and Ashley is reported to be "so in love" with new beau, Justin Bartha, the twins can continue to rule their fashion kingdom in peace.
